Gary has been amazing to work with. His response time and communication is impeccable. I had a bed bug issue that I thought required fumigation. I spent thousands having fumigation done only to find we still had bed bugs. Gary came in immediately and eliminated all of them. He even back a week later to assure they were all gone. Having bed bugs is never fun, but you want Gary on your team when you have to deal with them.

GARY TO THE RESCUE...Ok, imagine this...it’s Thanksgiving morning with your first ever holiday guests in your 3rd week as a Host (yeah, getting a little on edge already aren’t ya) and your Guest messages you with pictures of bedbugs and bitten teenager arms! Ugh. Nobody is open. Hard to get answers. We’re rookies at hosting – we have no clue! So many replies on the forum at the Short Term Shop (our STR training peeps) said “Gary’s your only choice” and “gotta call Gary” that we sent pics through his Contact link and called. Gary called back quickly and made us feel at ease immediately with his knowledge and drive to investigate our particular situation and his determination at treating it and helping our guests still enjoy their stay. He spoke to our guest and gave them instructions on handling the room/bedding/clothes etc AND preventing spreading them. They were so thankful. Still gave us a 5 star rating! And, he saved us tons over another company’s guesstimate that it’d be a whole house $2500 treatment needed. Thanks so much Gary. Can’t wait to shake your hand and say thanks in person!! Gary responded quickly to a bedbug problem that we had at one of our cabins a few months ago. He and Preston were able to find that we actually did NOT have bedbugs as the guests had told us and that it was a guest bringing in an already dead bedbug to try to get money back from us. We refused to give them a refund and because of the proof that Gary provided, Airbnb did not force us to give a refund either. On another occasion, around 9 months ago, at a different cabin, Gary also responded quickly and came out the next day to take care of the bedbug problem that we did actually have. Bedbugs were only found in 1 of the 2 bedrooms and the problem was treated quickly and professionally. Our housecleaners were able to come the same day to clean the cabin and get it ready for the next guests.

Tennessee Exterminators, is an excellent company. I have used them for years and will continue to only use them. Gary and Preston will come out the same day to get rid of bed bugs. Most companies use a heat treatment and charge thousands. That process DOES NOT WORK! Gary and Preston will end your bed bugs and do a follow up for a fraction of the price, without all your neighbors knowing your rental had bed bugs. I use them for all pest control needs. They are the best. Look no further.
